"Checkout was literally easy"
I had a decent checkout experience on driplockerofficial.co.uk. My basket updated fine and the payment went through with no hassle at all. It did take me a minute to find the delivery info, but it was literally nothing major. The confirmation email came through quickly too. Overall, it was smooth enough, just could be a bit clearer in a couple of places

"Really quick delivery"
Ordered from driplockerofficial.co.uk and wasn’t expecting it to arrive that fast. Got the dispatch email the same day, then parcel turned up 2 days later. Tracking worked fine as well. No hassle, no messing around, everything arrived fine. Would definitely order again.

"Pretty Much What I Needed"

I haven’t actually ordered anything yet, so I can’t speak on the clothes themselves, but the website made a good first impression. The pages look clean, and the product photos are easy to check out, which I always appreciate. It’s simple to click around too, not cluttered or weirdly confusing. Also, the overall style of the site kind of matches the vibe of the clothes, if that makes sense. So yeah, just based on browsing around, it feels put together.

I had a bit of an annoying issue with my order because the tracking just didn’t update for a few days, which wasn’t exactly ideal. I messaged them expecting the usual back and forth, but to be fair, they replied quickly.

They looked into it and got it sorted without making a big fuss, and the parcel turned up the next day. Slightly frustrating at the time, but these things happen, and they handled it properly enough. I’d order again...

I was pleasantly surprised by this. The material feels decent and the stitching looks fine overall. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price I’m happy with what I got. I’d definitely consider buying from them again

"Pretty decent, to be fair"
Ordered a hoodie and joggers from Driplockerofficial and, surprisingly enough, I’m actually happy with them. The hoodie fits nicely and feels soft inside without being ridiculously heavy, which is always a bonus. The joggers are comfy for lounging around the house, though the waist is a bit loose on me — not ideal, but apparently that’s just my problem to solve. Overall though, they’re decent and I’d probably order again.

"Sorted in the end, but replies were slow"
I ordered from Driplockerofficial and had to get in touch with customer service about a delivery update. They did get back to me and were polite, so no complaints there, but it took longer than I expected to hear from them. My issue was sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just wish they were a bit quicker with replies.
